Shipping and packaging

Shipments in Switzerland or abroad are made by the Swiss postal service option "Economy" as follows:

For Switzerland:

Up to three items: 7.00 Frs
4 items and more : 9.00 Frs

Shipping fees can vary if one of the articles is very bulky and heavy.

Frre delivery within Switzerland for orders over 150 CHF.

For Europe

Up to three items: 13.00 Frs
4 items and more : 20.00 Frs

Shipping fees can vary if one of the articles is very bulky and heavy

The United States, United Kingdom and other countries of the world

Up to three items: 30.00 Frs
4 items and more : 50.00 Frs

Shipping fees can vary if one of the articles is very bulky and heavy.

Note that for Europe and the United States (+ other countries), the customer will be charged an extra fee of CHF 10 .- for administrative costs
(Commercial invoice form customs clearance and adaption to international shipment)

Exchanges and refunds:

The guarantee of the right to return applies to all our articles, whether new or used. The customer has a period of 7 days to return the items at his own expenses and in their original packaging. This period starts from the date of delivery of the items. For any return, the invoice number as well as the motif of return have to be indicated. We will credit your amount to your customer account for future purchases on our site within 90 days or we will proceed with a reimbursment by wire transfer or on the credit card. The shipping costs will be at the client charge

The customer's right of return is void upon the occurrence of one of the following events:
damaged article, incomplete article, no original packaging, item whose resale is difficult or impossible (personalized item).
Under these conditions the item in question will not be returned or exchanged, the return postage is to up to the customer.
